Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages with DHL. Once your package has been shipped, DHL is responsible for any loss or damage. LUNA-TIC assumes no liability.

If your package does not arrive after the usual delivery time, please contact DHL. You will receive the tracking number from us so that you can track your shipment with DHL.

Returns & exchanges

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you receive your package. If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the following email address: lunaticcrystalshop@gmail.com.

Please always include your order number.

Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. The amount you paid will be reimbursed as soon as we have received the return or you have provided evidence that the package has been sent. The refund will be made to the payment method used.
